Meghan Duffy
Career Coach
Meghan Duffy is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fairfield University. In addition to her studies, she supports students at UConn Stamford in the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills. There, Meghan has built experience working with young adults from diverse backgrounds as they explore their interests and prepare for their professional careers.
Before this, Meghan spent more than four years in the mental health field, providing onboarding and administrative support for clients and families at outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. Through her professional and academic experience, she understands the influence mental health has on a person’s overall well-being. At Gofman Therapy and Consulting, Meghan provides career coaching with a nonjudgmental and empathetic approach, meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. Her approach is eclectic: she draws on different theories to find the best fit for each client.
In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, hiking, and enjoying a good cup of tea!
